Ngorongoro Branch office was opened simultaneously with the establishment of Leopard Tours in Arusha. This was essential because our operations were centred mainly in northern Tanzania, with Ngorongoro being half way between Arusha Head Office and the furthest point in western and northern Serengeti. We needed an outpost in the bush to coordinate and monitor our operations along the Arusha to Serengeti route, popularly known as the Northern Safari Circuit. 
We come in very handy when there is a relief operation in the area not only involving Leopard Tours clients but also those of other operators.

We have a good fleet of 4WD vehicles based here - number limited by Ngorongoro Conservation. Area Authority, mainly for taking visitors into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing, and as a useful back-up for relief and rescue services. We have a well- maintained garage stocked with motor vehicle spare parts and manned by competent mechanics. 
Our mobile garage which patrol the entire Serengeti route, call regularly at our Ngorongoro office for spare part issues. 
We have all the necessary communication facilities, including telephones, facsimiles, and a base radio call station which, being on a higher land, provides best relay services covering the entire country.
